Product Availability

Although an item may be indicated as in stock on our site, we can’t guarantee product availability and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.


Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but there is always an opt-out at the bottom of every communication. Shipping and Delivery Information

Due to new safety precautions, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number once your order leaves our distribution center.

Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.

U.S. Shipping Options and Costs

Bachar collection offers free standard ground shipping for all full price mainline orders shipping within the united states. Orders are sent via USPS and take 10-14 business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center.

***Due to COVID-19 precautions, we do not have expedited shipping available at this time.***

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping Options and Costs

International shipping rates vary.  During checkout, we calculate USPS shipping costs based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Packages

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to Bachar Collection at the customer’s expense. 

If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local USPS for pick up.  If the client fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to Bachar Collection at the customer’s expense.

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to Bachar Collection at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your merchandise in its original condition within 10 days for store credit or an exchange. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
